Cocoa Beach Whole-Home Remodel with Lowman Brothers Construction

We recently completed the electrical portion of a beautiful whole-home residential remodel in Cocoa Beach, Florida, working alongside Lowman Brothers Construction.

This project included a full electrical upgrade featuring a new 200A service and a clean, modern Leviton electrical panel. Throughout the home, we installed new outlets and switches, updated lighting controls, and added custom LED lighting details to elevate both function and design.

Some of the standout features include under-cabinet lighting, toe-kick LED lighting, under-shelf accent lighting, and Halo nightlight LED lighting throughout the home for a clean, modern look with added convenience.

We also installed a dedicated Ethernet network to support POE security cameras and hardwired TV locations, giving the home a reliable low-voltage backbone for today’s connected lifestyle.

New Construction Boat Dock Electrical Project – Cocoa, FL

We recently completed the electrical installation for a new construction boat dock in Cocoa, Florida.

This project featured a new 100A overhead electrical service with a stainless steel enclosure, built to better handle the harsh waterfront environment. We installed PVC conduit with stainless steel hardware throughout the dock to help protect against corrosion and long-term exposure to moisture and salt air.

The dock was wired with dedicated feeds for a GFCI-protected boat lift and convenience outlets, helping provide safer power access where it matters most. We also installed flood lights controlled by a wireless Lutron Caséta system, allowing the homeowner to control the dock lighting remotely from inside the house.
